IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THERE IS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT OR ANY QUALITY CONCERNS BEYOND THE CLIENTS CONTROL, PLEASE SUBMIT A RMA - RETURN MERCHANT APPLICATION - REQUEST WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
ALL RETURNS / EXCHANGES MUST BE AUTHORIZED THROUGH OUR RMA PROCESS.
