THE FOUNDER
Jennifer Lauren is a beauty professional with over 15 years of experience
spanning the fashion and beauty industries. Her career began in fashion design
at Columbia College Chicago, where she studied form, structure, and visual
storytelling before working hands-on in the fashion industry.
Drawn to the technical and transformative power of beauty, Jennifer later
returned to school to formally study aesthetics. She became licensed in skin
aesthetics, brow artistry, lash artistry, and permanent makeup — building a
foundation rooted in anatomy, precision, safety, and long-term results.
With a deep understanding of how beauty applications truly function —
including their limitations, contraindications, and cumulative impact —
Jennifer built her career on intention rather than trends. For over a decade,
she owned and operated a service-based beauty business in Miami, Florida,
catering to a highly curated, jet-setting clientele.
Her approach was never about masking beauty, but about refining it —
helping women feel polished, confident, and aligned with their own aesthetic.
It was here that Jennifer saw firsthand how the right beauty solutions could
remove hesitation, restore confidence, and change the way someone showed up in
the world.
WHY JETZI EXISTS
Jetzi was born from a real problem — not a trend.
Living and working in Miami, Jennifer repeatedly saw clients struggle to
maintain lash extensions between appointments. Heat, humidity, travel, and
inconsistent aftercare led to poor retention, adhesive breakdown, and increased
lash fallout. Clients felt frustrated, disconnected from their results, and
anxious about maintaining their look — especially those constantly on the move.
After recommending nearly every product on the market with little
success, Jennifer decided to create a better solution.
She developed a no-rinse, oil-free lash cleanser designed to eliminate
friction entirely: spray, brush, and done. No complicated steps. No room for
hesitation.
The results were immediate.
Clients experienced up to an 80% improvement in lash retention between
fills — restoring not only their lashes, but their confidence. That cleanser
became Jetzi’s first hero product and the foundation of the brand.
